How do I report an issue with a parking location?
If you encounter an issue with one of our parking locations, some of our parking garage locations feature a 24/7 video monitor where you can press a button and be connected directly via on-screen video call with a customer support agent. This agent can help with payment, assist with raising the gate, or address any other concerns a customer may have.

Where can I find parking in Savannah, GA?
Our current Savannah, GA parking property is located at 606 West Turner Boulevard next to the Embassy Suites off of West Oglethorpe Avenue. But stay tuned, even more parking spots are coming to Savannah soon!
Are there any short-term parking locations in South Carolina outside of downtown Charleston?
Yes. We have a location in West Ashley at 802 Savannah Highway at the Pinnacle Bank in the Avondale area, near Charleston Pour House at 1971 Maybank Highway, two parking lots adjacent to Patriots Point, and the Ferry Wharf Garage near the Mount Pleasant Waterfront Park located at 100 Ferry Wharf Road.
Can I reserve a parking spot in advance?
For monthly parking, you can sign up for parking via our web portal. For short-term parking, you cannot reserve a spot ahead of time, but you can view the location of our properties before you go here.
